Summary

Fragments of Roman, medieval and post-medieval pottery, together with a piece of undated quern, were found on the surface of a ploughed field in 1983. Metal-detecting in 2013 recovered prehistoric worked flint, including a Neolithic/Bronze Age flint scraper; undatable burnt flint and Roman and medieval pottery sherds.
