Summary

A late 17th century two storey timber framed building with a rear two storey privy tower. It is notable as an early survival of clay lump construction, and was restored in the 1980s.

Late 17th century timber framed building, two storeys, gable stack and central stack. Rear privy tower of two storeys. North gable wall rebuilt of random brick and clay lump. South room ground floor with stopped beams. Original brick fireplace, stairs beside. Notable as early survival of clay lump construction.
