Full Description
October 1951. Listed, Grade II.
Lobby entrance house.
Dated to 17th century on (S1), which mentions fine ovolo moulded beams with elaborate stops on first floor.
19th century brick facade of two storeys, 6 bays.
18th century stair outshut to rear with curved gable.
Original winding stair survives only first floor to attic.
Triple angled stack original with later side shafts added.
Eight trussed roof with collars, hipped to one end in 18th/19th century.

UEA farm buildings survey, see (S2), states that name comes from ownership by Norwich Corporation; originally held by the Great Hospital.
Timber framed barn of about 1600, large for the period, and attached granary, with another timber building at the other end, both probably contemporary.
Second barn about 1700, altered.
Stable, probably 18th century, and animal sheds 19th century.
