Well weathered ploughsoil, very thin scatter. Good conditions, thorough walk.
28 medieval unglazed.
3 medieval glazed.
1 very thin hard oxidised late medieval ? import ?
7 glazed red earthenware.
2 oxidised probably post medieval.
1 18th to 19th century glazed.
2 post medieval stoneware.
Identified by A. Rogerson (NAU) September 1983.

Also 2 flint flakes (not previously recorded) found at same time.
Identified by J. Wymer (NAU) January 1985.
