An 18th century boat house in Gunton Park, NHER 30438, which is similar in construction to another boat house in the park, NHER 17730. The boat house stands near Saw Mill Pond, an artificial lake constructed in the mid 18th century.

Full Description
Boathouse.
Said to be 18th century and constructed of three underground tunnels similar to site NHER 17730.
Not visited, information from planning application 1983 to construct pavilion on top.
