Summary

Fieldwalking recovered fragments of medieval and post medieval pottery. The finds have been interpreted as evidence for settlement from the medieval to possibly the early post medieval period.

The site is divided by a drainage ditch, presumably of later date that is being ploughed in. This is a medieval site which persisted into the late medieval and possibly early post medieval times.
