Full Description
1982. Astride parish boundary, scattered over area about 150m across. Found on surface of ploughed field.
'Sixty to seventy sherds of Ipswich Ware and one sherd of bossed urn'.
Note that these have not been seen at NAU or NCM and the identification is unconfirmed.

22 March 1985. Fieldwalking. Full north to south width of field, 50m west of east hedge walked under medium conditions, winter cereal.
One sherd Roman greyware?, one sherd undated, two sherds medieval unglazed, two sherds glazed Grimston, one sherd non-glazed Grimston.
Manure scatter, no concentrations.
No Ipswich ware found.
