Summary

A 17th- or 18th-century timber framed house with brick gable walls and 19th-century alterations. There is a remarkable wall painting above one of the chimney pieces. The painting is probably a copy of Kirkpatrick's view of Norwich that was published in 1723, and the wall painting depicts houses, churches and Norwich Cathedral. To the left of the panorama are four full length portraits of three men and a woman, perhaps the owners of the house.
