Full Description
21 November 1983. Fenland fieldwalking. Field of winter wheat, well weathered, good conditions.
Collection over whole field produced one medieval sherd and some Roman. Latter from west edge of field, almost
undoubtedly derived from dyke cleaning. Opposite but to north of NHER 18600/context 2 and presumably indicate truncation of Roman feature below ground level. WPP AZ (S1).
