Summary

Fieldwalking in 1983 by the Fenland Survey recovered a scatter of medieval pottery sherds on top of a large roddon, including five Roman sherds.

30 November 1983. Fenland fieldwalking. Rough ploughed field, but fairly well weathered field.
Majority of scatter of medieval sherds on top of large roddon, includes an unusual number of small reduced coarse ware sherds. Includes five Roman sherds (archive). WPP BD (S1).
