Summary

This chapel of SS Mary and James was recorded before 1459, and sold off in 1550 following secularisation. It had become a cottage by 1609, and sold in 1767, but no further records have been found. The church is known to have been in the old parish of Walpole St Peter, but the exact location is unknown.

(S1) gives the date of sale as 1550. It has become a cottage in 1609. Further sales mentioned as late as 1767, but no mention after that.
