Full Description
Listed Grade I (S1).
E. Rose (NAU).
Norman cruciform church, aisles and transepts demolished, south arcade remains. Possibility of central tower. Present round west tower 13th century, also former south door, and possibly chancel. North arcade remade 14th century, and grand rebuilding of east chancel wall. 15th century reordering with new windows, chancel arch and tower arch.
Aisles demolished 1785. 19th century re-roofing and alterations. Important tomb of 1605. Good 19th century furnishings.
