Summary

18th century Peartree Farm is separated from Manor Farm (NHER 13945) by only the latter's moat, and together with Willow Farm the three form an isolated group to the north of Pudding Poke Hill. The brick façade of Peartree Farm dates to around 1830 and has clearly been added to the clay lump house, probably at the same time as the roof was replaced with pantiles and the top of the stack was rebuilt.
