January 1984 or before. North of Folly Farm, west of track. Found with metal detector. [1].
Bronze fibula, possible group H. Groove down bow. Sprung top. 6cm long, 2.3cm across top, one piece Colchester. Strip bow. Dating from the mid 1st century, perhaps pre conquest. Identified by A. Gregory (NAU).
