1983 to 1984. Hales Survey site 102.
Field east of road at Ranters Row. No concentrations; stubble field.
Base sherd medieval unglazed.
1 sherd glazed red earthenware.
1 base stoneware.
2 undated scraps.

Identified by A. Rogerson (NAU) 1984.
E. Rose (NAU) 15 May 1984.
February/March 1998. Metal detecting revealed very few metal finds.
Only two worthy of record:
Small, conical lead weight with central perforation weighing 5.742gm. Height 10mm maximum width 12mm. ?Date, certainly not recent.
