Summary

In 1984 a trench dug at this property unearthed a human burial. The base of the skull, vertebrae, parts of the hip and upper leg bones survived. A single piece of Roman pottery survived in association with the skeleton. Examination of the skull suggested that it belonged to a female over the age of fifty, but no date was assigned to the burial.
