Summary

In the winter of 1983-84 part of a Roman neck ring (?) was recovered from the north part of a field near to the edge of a peat-filled trench.

Winter 1983-1984. Stray finds from north part of field, on the edge of peat-filled river trench. Found while chopping out sugar beet.
Part of copper-alloy neck ring (?) of Roman type (?), with expanded portion of band decorated with punched ring and dot, and one terminal hook surviving.
