Summary

This road is shown on Bryant's map of 1827 and Faden's map of 1797 but the course of the road is shown slightly differently on each. It is visible as a cropmark on an aerial photograph.

Map

'Wells Lane' on Bryant's 1826 map (S3) where course appears slightly different. But on Faden (S2) it is continued to TF 9210 3973, and cropmark on Ordnance Survey aerial photograph (S4) is seen to TF 9210 3936.
