Summary

This was the site of a small settlement during the medieval period, which continued into site NHER 28877. A house is recorded on the site in an early 15th century document. The settlement continued to be occupied throughout the post medieval period, and a building is shown on the enclosure map of 1807. Field walking has recovered fragments of medieval and post medieval pottery.
