Full Description
31 October 1984. Fieldwalking in reasonable conditions - well weathered soil but under rapeseed.
Context 1: general scatter. Odd medieval sherds but some in tight group close to modern farm tack around 5800 1323. WMV AC (S1).
Context 2 at 5799 1314: sparse scatter medieval and post medieval sherds plus other rubbish. On roddon on edge of drove. Roddon is quite high and may have been artificially heightened or could simply be mounding up on top of drove. Area 42m north to south x 23m east to west. WMV 2 (S2).
