Summary

This late 16th or early 17th century house has 19th and 20th century elements. It is built of flint with brick dressings, has a pantile roof and stands two storeys high.

Late 16th/early 17th century.
Knapped flint, brick dressings, pantiles. Two storeys. Windows 18th/19th century. Doorcase of about 1840, on consols. East gable wall has blocked original window with brick quoins, two first floor 'fire windows' with hoodmoulds, one attic window. String course of brick near ground. Two gable and two ridge stacks replaced in 20th century. West gable has one attic level hoodmoulded small window. Two storey hipped roofed wing at right angles with 'long-low' windows, ie 16th-17th century also.
