Summary

This former farmhouse has a 17th century core with 18th century additions. The building is timber framed and covered with brick and has a thatched roof. Inside there are open brick fireplaces and wooden beams.

October 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Former farmhouse, 17th century core, 18th century additions. Brick over timber frame, thatched two bays two storeys. Original brick gable walls with end stacks flanked timber frame, some of which remains together with parts of roof. Main facade to east; join of 18th century brick facing with 17th century brick gables covered by buttresses. Blocked 17th century window at north end. Open brick fireplaces with timber bressumers; stopped and chamfered beams with ogee stops. Butt purlin roof.
