June 2008. Building Survey
Building of colour washed brick and characteristic eighteenth century platband and sash windows. The hidden sash boxes, dentile cornice and the entrance porch with segmental arched fanlight suggests a date towards the end of the century. The building is complex in plan as the result of several alterations. Some internal features such as the tie beams in the entrance front suggest that the building is of early 17th century date and was refurbished in the Georgian period.
