Full Description
29 July 1981. Found sticking up out of footpath. Footpath along Langley Dyke, at edge of river.
Pipeclay figurine perhaps of 18th century date, head and feet missing, holding ?fruit in hands across chest. Tendrils and flowers growing from base back and front between legs.
Identified by British Museum.
