Full Description
11 February 1985. Found with metal detecting.
Coin hoard, 20 half crowns and 2 Scottish thirty-shilling pieces, four shillings and 1 Scots thistle mark.
Date range 1594-6 to 1645-6.
Seized for Treasure Trove inquest.
Slides KLM.
E.M.James (KLM), 6 April 1985.
Declared Treasure Trove 23 September 1985 and returned to finder.
