Summary
Fieldwalking in 1983 by the Fenland Survey recovered a small scatter of medieval pottery sherds in this field, now amalgamated with one to the northeast. The frequency of pottery recovered is thought to increase around a possible roddon.

Full Description
29 March 1985. Well weathered ploughsoil.
Small scatter medieval sherds in field, now amalgamated with one to northeast. Pottery increases around possible roddon at 5133 1633. WPP FH (S1).
