4 April 1985. Fieldwalking on land deep ploughed and though weathered, not broken down.
Context 1: odd sherds of medieval pottery over field. Site TYS AB. Also two Late Saxon sherds.
Context 2: at [1]. Small concentration sparse medieval pot and few shells. No bone noted. Few bits post medieval rubbish. On edge of roddon. Approximately 25m x 22m at 2.4m OD. Site TYS 1.
