5 and 11 March 1985. Fieldwalking in growing cereal on course of Downham Market Southern Bypass.
2 rims, 1 sherd medieval unglazed jars.
1 sherd unglazed? Grimston.
1 sherd very thick dark grey with one reddish brown surface date?
1 sherd Cologne/Frechen stoneware, part of applique human figure, probably pipe-player.
Identified by A. Rogerson (NAU) June 1985.

April 1985.
Not exactly located but in centre of road line towards west end of field.
Found with metal detecting on behalf of NAU.
Copper alloy book clasp, splayed ends, ring and dot decoration, Medieval/Post medieval.
