Full Description
4 and 9 November 1984. Hales site 144. Fieldwalking arable recently cultivated, good conditions (Nothing found on 2 previous visits).
5 worked flints.
1 medieval unglazed.
1 undated sherd.
1 hone.

Medieval shield-shaped harness stud, shank on reverse, once enamelled, traces surviving. Lion rampant.
14th century strap end with quatrefoil terminal, a spacer plate from a 3-piece strap end; traces of front and back plate stuck to terminal.
