Summary

Fieldwalking and metal-detecting in 1985 recovered a number of medieval pottery sherds including Grimston green glazed ware, along with iron slag that was potentially of a similar age. Metal-detecting in 2019 recovered a medieval/post-medieval probable knife handle.
