Summary

Fieldwalking in 1985 recovered a rim sherd of an unglazed 13th century pot, while metal-detecting in 2015 recovered medieval and post-medieval coins; a Roman brooch; a Late Saxon stirrup-strap mount; a medieval buckle and a post-medieval knife end cap, seal-top spoon fragment and lead seal.

The post-medieval knife end cap was initially identified as a medieval/post-medieval openwork terminal of uncertain function.
