Summary

Prehistoric flints, including a concentration of prehistoric pot boilers, and fragments of pottery dating from the Roman to the post medieval periods, found during field walking. Metal working debris of unknown date has also been found.

Pot boilers in dark soil in northeast corner and scattered over field.
Worked flint.
Medieval sherds including Grimston and early medieval.
Post medieval sherds including glazed red earthenware.
1 Roman? sherd.
Slag, unidentified copper alloy object.
