Summary

In 1985 forty Byzantine coins minted by Justinian I were found at this property. It is possible that these were brought back from the Middle East by a soldier of a Norfolk Regiment in World War One.

Forty Nummia of Justinian I issued 538-9. Obverse: DN IVSTINIANVS PP AVG bust full face. Reverse: ANNO XII mint NIK. Genuine? - file marks on edge.
Possibly brought back from Middle East by soldier of Norfolk Regiment in World War One.
