Full Description
February 1984. Immediately west of boundary with Whinburgh (Westfield).
General spread of post medieval pot and building material.
Context 2: Approximately 100m square at location [1], around spring marked on Ordnance Survey. Concentration of brick including some medieval and pottery including Glazed Red Earthenware, slipware, some glazed Grimston. Some lava quern fragments too.
