Summary

In 1985 a medieval seal, made of copper alloy with a rosette motif, was found in dredgings from a dyke. Metal-detecting in 2018 recovered a Roman coin.

Identified at NCM as copper alloy matrix with blue enamel rosette motif, suspension loop on edge, 13th century.
Inscription S'VMER FIT RICARDI HVLMAN (seal of Umer son of Richard Hulman).
