Former rectory. Listing grade II 1984 refers to building as 18th century with late 18th century additions and wing of around 1820 at rear. Double pile of brick and pantiles, two storeys and attic, three bays, central entrance wing with brick rusticated quoins 'in style of early 18th century but perhaps 19th at gable level and perhaps below'. Gable chimneystacks. West gable with bow window of 1820. West return three storeys, north return of around 1820 of four bays, four storeys. Three bay ground floor room with Greek Revival details. However the parish records refer to house being totally rebuilt in 1812. Previously it had been a mansion of the 17th century. Fragment of moat remains which could be even older.
