Cropmarks of undated enclosures, trackways and linear ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S2). The area of these cropmarks has been extended and the central grid reference amended from TM 4083 9759 to TM 4064 9760. A rectangular enclosure is centred on TM 4086 9760. It has internal dimensions of 68m by 64m and has an entrance on its west side. A second incomplete enclosure is present to its north. The south side of the complete enclosure forms one side of a roughly west to east aligned trackway. Linear ditches extend up to the south side of the trackway indicating the presence of further incomplete enclosures or fields. Parallel ditch cropmarks further to the south, which lie on a different alignment, appear to relate to a double-ditched field boundary that its cut by the modern road. Fragmentary linear ditch cropmarks to the west of the road are probably more field boundaries. Although these two groups of cropmarks lie on slightly different alignments it is possible that they form part of the same enclosure complex or field system. However, the date of these cropmarks is unknown.
