Summary

In 1985 and earlier a number of Mesolithic worked flints were recovered in this field, including cores, blades and two microliths. A least one Neolithic implement was also found.

Found on arable land by [1]:
Numerous Mesolithic flints including 2 cores, 4 retouched blades, 3 flakes, 2 scrapers and 2 microliths (1 obliquely-blunted point with tip missing and 1 atypical obliquely-blunted point).
Also small, unifacial point of Neolithic form, and blade-like cortical flake of brown flint with shallow flaking on both parallel edges.
