Summary

Fieldwalking before 1985 recovered a number of Mesolithic and Neolithic worked flints and a granite rubber of possible Bronze Age date.

Pre 1985. Fieldwalking.
Context 1 = 'Site One' centred TF 667 341.
1 Mesolithic flint core and 1 microlith (obliquely-blunted point). Also other flints not seen (NB slug knife from site NHER 21823 also called site one for some reason).

Context 2 = 'Site III' continuation of this area south wards towards NHER 21822'.
Boundaries vague and unknown and may extend into NHER 1488.
Mesolithic blades and 1 borer on blade.
1 ?Mesolithic late patinated flake on cannon shot pebble with slight retouch.
6 Neolithic scrapers.
4 ?Neolithic flakes.
1 ?Bronze Age granite pebble rubber.
