Map

North Side of Sharrington Road, Bale.
Reused stone.
In front of cottage, steps to front door have side walls formed of several pieces of 14th to 15th century carved limestone, apparently pinnacles or niches etc.
Unlike other cases of reuse in village, this one seems to be of late date (19th century?) and may be a secondary reuse.
Visited by E. Rose (NAU) 30 October 1985.
