Summary

An early 18th century house, with later alterations. The east gable wall of the house appears to predate the rest of the house, and may have been part of a 17th century house adjoining Shrublands. The nearby barn dates from the 19th century, and contains reused medieval stonework, perhaps from St Michael's Church, NHER 4358.
