1892. Found on Beachamwell Warren (which occupies almost all of this map).
Two 'handsome stones' sold for half a crown to a Jewish pedlar, [1] suggests 'Jew Pearce' of Swaffham.
'From descriptions I imagine they were intaglios of Medusa and Julius Caesar'. Quoted from
