Summary

Fieldwalking in 1986 by the Fenland Survey recorded a concentration of medieval pottery and shell, as well as some post medieval pottery sherds and a Late Saxon pottery sherd. Part of a medieval saltern mound was also noted.

Concentration of medieval pottery sparse to moderate and ditto shell but no bone. TSC 41.
Post medieval sparse to moderate.
On flat part of medieval saltern mound 33m east to west x 27m north to south at 4.1m OD.
Also one Late Saxon St Neots sherd.
Finds in NCM.
