Summary

Aerial photography from 1969 recorded the earthworks of a small rectangular enclosure immediately west of Lordsbirdge Farm. Fieldwalking in 1986 by the Fenland Survey did not comment on this, though two concentrations of medieval and post medieval pottery sherds, bone and shell fragments. A possible medieval trackway was also noted in this area.
