Summary

A series of earthworks, including enclosure boundaries and a house platform were surveyed in 1997. The earthworks correspond to the location of a farm shown on 18th and 19th century maps, although it is possible that some of the earthworks may date from the medieval period.

Full Description

26 April 1986.
Seen from street.
Low earthworks in field between Back Lane and lane running west from Stocks Green.
Not examined in the field properly.

Survey at 1:1000. Earthworks of a fomer house site and enclosure boundaries, recorded on 18th and 19th century maps.
