Summary

Hall Farmhouse is a 17th century and later building of brick and pantile, with a lobby entrance. This two storey building has a later two storey rear range.

Listing Description:
17th century and later, brick and pantile.
Lobby entrance. Main facade two storeys four bays. Brick. Plinth and diaperwork. Moulded platband broken over door. Windows 19th century and right hand bay now garage. Gable returns form pilasters. Axial stack and left hand internal gable stack. Left hand gable shaped; brick plinth; diaperwork; corner pilasters with moulded brick capitals; first floor moulded platband. Windows on each level on this gable wall, some now blocked (one on each floor) plus blank panel above attic window; moulded brick supports to each. Two storey rear range has shaped gable but this is probably 19th century. (Draft list repeats 'left hand gable wall' - rendered, part of shaped gable lost - is this misprint for right hand gable? E. Rose). Interior has fine double ovolo moulding and chamferstops to ground floor beam.
