Summary

This post medieval house has a possible 17th century roof. The garden wall may include medieval and 17th century building materials. It has been suggested that the building may be on the site of Costessey's Guild House.

Roof, single collar, principals adjacent to ties. Could be altered 17th century. Rear wall of house may be 17th century, reworked. Building heightened?
Garden wall to south has 17th century quoin reusing medieval brick.
