Summary

Fieldwalking in 1986 and 1992 recovered a number of worked flints, including Mesolithic flakes and a serrated blade and an Early Neolithic leaf-shaped arrowhead.

Found by [1]:
Worked flints.
Although the nature of these flints was not initially recorded on (S1) a number of finds from this site were subsequently donated to the Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 1999.1.32.73). These are listed in the museum's records as:
Mesolithic flint flakes, including 1 saw [?serrated blade].
1 ?Neolithic worked flint.
These finds were probably identified by P. Robins (NCM).

1 Early Neolithic leaf arrowhead, made on a flake fragment with minimal retouch.
Identified by P. Robins (NCM). Compiled by W. Milligan (NCM), 11 November 1992.
The object was amongst the items donated to the NCM (NWHCM : 1999.1.32.73).
