Summary

The present building dates to about 1940, when the hall was rebuilt after a fire. The age of the previous hall is not known, but it is marked on a map of 1797.

Age of previous building and site not known, though mentioned in (S1) with no details, and shown on (S2) in a more formal park than on 1950 Ordnance Survey map of 1838 1 inch 1st edition, same as (S2).
