Late 1970s. South of site of St Edmunds Church.
Seven fragments medieval roof tile.
Two sherds late Grimston or 16th century.
Two post medieval stoneware.
Twelve glazed red earthenware.
One post medieval bichrome.
One post medieval black glazed.
All these wares have many large sherds. Absence of medieval pottery not probably significant because of poor soil conditions.
